It is located on skid row where homeless people sleeps just a few feet from the front door at night. The room is old. The towels are even older with stains and tears. The bed is missing the top mattress. I had springs digging into my back. Had to sleep on top of two pillars to avoid injury. Cockroaches everywhere. It's a dumpy place. The front desk man doesn't greet you and would rather you move along and don't bother him. Give it a hard pass.

The hotel is okey but they should do a monthly pest control too many tiny roaches how to even rest seeing them suddently appearing and crawling everywhere.. it’s was a nuisance and disturbing.. inform the reception (the guy with specs) regarding our room tv, it almost look like it was gonna fall he said will send sumone to check but no one turned up, ask him for toilet roll it’s a no because we were gonna check out.. he is just so stuck up and rude in tone from the day I stayed.. mainly my concern is the cleanliness regarding this pest control thing.. we dunt stay for free we pay even if its online or walk in pls improve tq..
