Upstairs Downstairs CoLiving Bukit Bintang

Second time staying here. The hotel provides a pleasant environment, helpful staff, and excellent accessibility to public transport. Laundry facilities are available, although guests are required to buy their own detergent. The 6th floor provides a nice viewpoint of surrounding skyscrapers and serves as a space to hang out with friends while enjoying the city lights at night. I enjoyed my stay and would come back again.

I generally do not have high demands, but I honestly have no complaints about the property and it has met my expectations on both stays.

【立地】 ・KLの中央を走るMRLの駅まで近く移動しやすい ・現地ではポピュラーなストア（24hコンビニ含む）が散歩圏内なのでちょっとした不足品の購入が容易 ・Jalan Alor周辺、Bukit Bintang駅周辺まで徒歩圏内なので日中はMRLで市内観光、夜間は近隣で夜市など生活しやすい

【部屋】 予約の際 窓の有無で価格が大きく違ったが実際は窓があるものの窓として機能しておらず価格の差を感じなかった 【入室までのセオリー】 結果的にWhatsappでのやり取りで完結するものではあったものの 予約時（Trip.com）には明確に説明されていなかったので到着まで不安でしかない。Trip.comサイト上の「宿泊先とのメッセージ」機能も全く機能しておらず何度質問しても返信が来ることはなかった 【ランドリー】 長期旅程中で洗濯が必要だった為この部屋を選んだ理由のひとつである「無料ランドリー」だったが使えないに等しい。確かに利用は無料だったが洗剤は含んでおらず自身で購入が必要⇨近隣では㎏単位の物しか売っておらずバックパッカーには購入しづらいサイズしかない。洗濯機、乾燥機共に3台ずつあるが客室数に比例しておらずいつ行っても空いていない。それならばと早朝利用と思ったが実際にはホテルスタッフがシーツ等 客室用品の洗濯に長時間使っており やはり使えない。せめてホテルの備品の洗濯には外部を使ってほしい。あと洗濯機や乾燥機の使用後の清掃を促すプリントが表示されていたが全く清掃されておらず使う気になれないほど汚れていたのと上記記載の理由に伴い結果的に外のコインランドリーで選択する羽目になった 【エントランス～喫煙所】 ここにゴミを捨てる人が目立つ。入り口であり喫煙所でもあるのにたくさんのゴミが捨てられていた。早朝到着のスタッフもここに捨てていたのも目撃。上記【ランドリー】への記載も含め 宿泊者の民度が非常に低い可能性があります。

Location is very good though; 5 min to LRT IMBI, Berjaya mall, 1 min to Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor.

Remember your college dorm? If not, this is the place. People coming and going at any time, laughing, making noise, not bothering if others are sleeping or not. If this doesn't keep you awake, there is the traffic, motorcycles rumbling, would-be F1 racers, etc. No earplugs can cover this. To complain or request assistance; no hotel administration on site, you have to WhatsApp. Extra towels? pillows? you have to make do with what is in the room. I stayed 10 nights as it was already paid.
