De locatie is echt het sterke punt, vlak bij winkelstraten, het centrum, dé brug en niet te ver van een metro station.

Ruimte was gehorig, houten vloeren, alsof de vloer over de hele verdieping door liep en er tussen wanden waren gezet. Sanitair was ook niet erg fris meer. Personeel niet gezien of gesproken.

I had an amazing time at this stay. The room was clean, organized, and had a lot of things I like to have at my disposal when travelling. Aside from the usual bed and bathroom, you’ll also have access to a small kitchen, which boasts a microwave, a fridge, a coffee machine, and a stove. If you want to save some money and cook while staying in Porto, you can definitely do that. The room is spacious and cozy at the same time, and you’ll have plenty of space for two people while staying here (even for three people, if one of you doesn’t mind sleeping on the couch). The bathroom was clean, had plenty of towels, a hairdryer, and even a small med-kit. The hosts also left coffee pods and teabags for me, which means I got to have a cup of coffee as soon as I arrived, even before I went out to get groceries. Location was great (quite to close to S.Bento station), and getting into the apartment for the first time was as easy as following the instructions left by the host. Communication before and during our stay was clear, friendly, and quick, so even though I didn’t need much from the hosts (didn’t really run into any issues), I felt confident that I could get in touch and quickly get an answer if I did require assistance. Overall, great experience. If I’m ever in Porto again and in need of a place to stay, I’ll definitely check if this one is available.

If decimal points were allowed in Booking ratings, I would give this stay a 9.5/10. The issues I had were minimal, truly, but I do believe they warrant mention. When I got to the room, the microwave was not plugged in, so I had pulled it toward me to look for the power cord. Upon doing so, I found a used spoon behind the microwave. It had obviously been left there by the previous guest, but it is weird that the cleaning crew had gone through the entire apartment, presumably unplugged the cord and left it behind the microwave, only to leave a used spoon there. The hosts leave a lovely kit that includes everything you need to wash your dishes during your stay, which was very welcome. As mentioned, if you plan on eating in, the apartment is ready to accommodate your cooking needs, so having a way to actually do the dishes is needed, and as such, appreciated. However, I did notice the lack of a dedicated space or tool to leave the dishes out to dry. There is no dish drainer for guests to use, so I found myself washing the dishes, and then just leaving them on the sink for them to dry. Having a small dish drainer would be appreciated. Finally, the fridge was a bit too cold, and I could not find a way to turn it down. It might sound like I’m nitpicking here, but it froze most drinks I stored there, which was annoying come mealtime.

これまで利用したアパートメントホテルの中でNo.1でした。飲み水、コーヒー、お茶、調味料、スポンジや食器用洗剤などのキッチンクリーナー一式は新しいものが用意されていました。 調理用器具やお皿、救急箱に至るまで揃っていて、キッチンが付いていても何も用意されてないアパートメントホテルが多い中、こちらは様々なものが完璧に用意されていました。 暖房はありませんが、電気ヒーターがあり、十分暖まりました。 部屋の装飾はピンクで統一されておりきれいでした。 ウッドフロアも温かみがあり、とても清潔でした。 そしてロケーションはどこに行くにも近くて観光しやすかったです。 管理スタッフも尋ねたことに答えてくれました。 おすすめします。

たまにWi-Fiが繋がりづらいのと、シャワーの排水口が流れにくいのだけが残念でしたがそれ以外は本当に完璧でした。
