Good size and comfortable
Hot water was out by the evening and couldn’t take shower before bed. Had to pay extra for parking. Place was quite dusty.

Great location, great views of the water, Bill was very friendly and helpful anytime we needed :)
The couch wasn’t the most comfortable, a bit old it seemed but it’s a couch, it did its job…
Wifi also wasn’t the best but again, not the end of the world, these are small issues, we were very happy with our stay

Great view over Pittwater! Very cosy upstairs studio penthouse it was amazing! Big balcony and big spa bath overlooking the view from inside.

Nice view
Outdated, dusty, old fake flowers everywhere, difficult and complicated parking with constant communication. Felt like an airbnb with a controlling owner
