Spacious 2-Bed 2-Bath Moments from Avalon Beach

A marvellous location in Avalon close to the beach, cafes, shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious light and very comfortable Highly recommended for a visit

Location was great. Lots of dining options in the area. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, is very handy when traveling for work.

Accessing the property was difficult. Finding the correct car park was not described clearly enough. There is an APP to assist checking in and locating the correct unit however it does not out line the 6 flights of stairs. Property should be listed with full transparency as mobility restrictions affect successful access of the unit. No Airconditioning and only ceiling fans in 1 room. 2 Dyson fans are provided however the living area is way bigger than the fans can provide cooling for.

We stayed in Winter, the apartment was very cold, no sun comes in. The Dyson fan heaters provided are ineffective: don’t warm the space. Some Noirot convection heaters would be better to make the place cosy.
