We had such a wonderful week at **BIG4 Lakeside Holiday Park in Narrabeen** and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we booked, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We were travelling with Mum, who requires dialysis, and the team went **above and beyond** to help us organise her dialysis supplies. The supplies were delivered **two days before our arrival**, and the staff kindly arranged for everything to be safely waiting for us in our cabin when we arrived. This took such a huge weight off our shoulders and we are incredibly grateful for their care and assistance. We stayed in an **Avalon Cabin**, which was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing week. The park itself is beautifully maintained, peaceful and wonderfully quiet. We loved seeing the **wild bunnies hopping around and the Sulphur-crested Cockatoos** making themselves at home, and the beautiful Norfolk Pines really add to the character of the park. The staff were fantastic throughout our entire stay. We asked for some extra towels one day and they were delivered to our cabin **within 15 minutes!** Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble, and communication was excellent. My husband also discovered the **pinball and vending machines**, which provided him with some much-appreciated "boy time" when he wanted a little break from Mum and I! 😂 It’s the combination of the lovely surroundings, comfortable accommodation and, most importantly, the genuinely caring and helpful staff that made our stay so enjoyable. **Thank you to the entire team at BIG4 Lakeside Narrabeen!** We really appreciated everything you did for us and will **definitely be back!** ❤️

We had one day with a bit of rain and afterwards there was a little funky smell coming up from the bathroom floor drain which can happen anywhere. It was only noticeable when in the bathroom and not overwhelming, but we mentioned it to the staff and they got right onto it.

Location is great, ample parking, size of cabin was perfect for us, - our child is currently too young but the playground and splash park are great for older kids (however both without a fence), our cabin definitely needing updating it's not that cheap given we stayed in the middle of winter

As they rely on previous people staying to wash kitchen crockery a lot of it was dirty when we went to use it, dining table chairs with bent legs, the front door only has a push button handle lock so don't feel very secure, given one key for the cabin, the exhaust fan was caked in dust which is a major fire hazard on a heating light, you also couldnt turn on the exhaust fan as the noise it made was horrendous, there was underwear left in our front garden and two other pairs in the gardens as you exit so unsure if they have cleaners who walk around and check for things like this.
