Palm beach Sydney, Modern home with water view

The view was amazing everything you need is close

Everything was good except the first time driving to the place but after doing it once it was ok

Central to everything in the palm beach area

No hand rail for stairs down the steep driveway

Location, view, cleanliness, spacious and comfortable.

Liked everything.

The views are great and the place was quite comfortable

Unfortunately the shower ran out of hot water after 1 minute. It was peak winter and 4 of us were staying in the 4 bed accommodation, nobody had showed before us. My wife and I started the shower and after 1 minute had absolutely no hot water… we had just used shampoo and soap and had to rinse off with freezing cold water! Also, the stairs and driveway were very steep and access was limited for us to drop off our bags. We had to use 4WD function to reverse up the steep driveway to unload bags and the birthday party stuff we brought with us. There are accessibility issues after that with a steep staircase on the side of the house and a very narrow road at the bottom with a steep narrow path and no railing down up and down to the bottom level of the house from the road. There is also a steep drop off of about 1.5m from the edge of the narrow road and no railing to stop you from driving down into the neighbours house, the road parking was very narrow and we couldn’t turn the car around, so I had to park somewhat into the road (it was raining and that made it difficult and quite dangerous to access.) We wanted a tea and all there was, was a used carton of UHT milk with a 1/3rd left in the fridge along with used ketchup bottles and other things that maybe the owners or previous guests had used… the fridge wasn’t that clean but it was one night.
