Friendly staff, clean hotel with no problems

Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr klein und bot kaum Platz zum Verweilen. Ein klassisches Badezimmer gab es nicht – lediglich eine Nische mit Waschbecken und Duschkabine, während das WC separat untergebracht war. Für einen Stuhl oder kleinen Tisch war kein Platz vorhanden. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von zwei bis drei Tagen ist das völlig ausreichend, da man das Zimmer ohnehin hauptsächlich zum Schlafen nutzt. Für längere Aufenthalte wird es jedoch recht eng. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal an der Rezeption.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, was grundsätzlich ein großer Vorteil ist. Allerdings ist es dadurch auch recht laut, da sich zahlreiche Bars, Kneipen und Clubs in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden. Wer einen ruhigen Schlaf sucht, sollte dies berücksichtigen. Enttäuschend war zudem die Arbeit der Zimmerreinigung: Benutzte Kaffeetassen wurden nicht gegen saubere ausgetauscht, sondern offenbar lediglich ausgewischt.

El hotel esta bien, la habitacion tipo suite, (salon, dormitorio y baño) bien, cama, amenities, etc bien.

La zona muy mala, no recomiendo ir por la noche caminando al hotel. Al llegar y hacer el check-in, "mi hija y yo", llegamos tarde, solo me pidió documentación a mi. Otro día cuando le pedimos un taxi al recepcionista para ir al centro, nos da un precio de 45€, por supuesto que le dijimos que no y pedimos un Cabify que nos cobro 16€ por el mismo trayecto

Nice and helpful staff — always reacted quickly and tried to help make things right. New hotel, fresh furniture, etc.

Instagram vs. reality hits hard — the hotel appears to be much bigger than it actually is; the rooms are super small (hardly any place to open a suitcase on the floor...), they're not perfectly clean (dirty cups, old receipts from previous guests under the bed, flies in the trash can) and, above all, it screams fake. Really, fake books (looking like cool designer albums!), which are just stickers on a carton box? Way below expectations for something that is pretending to be this cool.
