This hotel was lovely, staff super welcoming and friendly/smiley. The room was very comfortable, very clean, great shower & the curtains kept the light out in the mornings. Complementary water and having a small fridge was a bonus, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The breakfast staff were so pleasant and the food was delicious. Overall so happy with our stay and would highly recommend to anyone. I saw people mention area was rough but for us it was lovely, didn't feel unsafe anywhere tbh, definitely felt more safe than walking any street in England.

The only thing I wasn't keen on was the luggage storage, I feel it could have been better organised and labeled ect but it was safe regardless and we had no issues. Just feel it could have been organised abit better thats all.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff kind and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was super! Great location if you're travelling in or out of Gare de l'Est or Gare du Nord. And it's right across the street from a covered market. Luxuriously large shower for Paris.

The hotel is too nice for the paper cups and Lipton tea in the rooms. Hit IKEA for some 1€ ceramic cups! Also I could do without the spam emails trying to convince us to use a certain driving service.

Location is good. Close to North and East train station and metro stations. There is a big market opposite the hotel. Brekfast is very good

The room was too small. We had 2 lauggages and and there is not space to open the lauggage in the room. Heater was not under our control. You should call the reception and request them to open or close the heater.
