This hostel definitely exceeded our expectations. It is within walking distance of both the ferry terminal and the city center, which made getting around very easy. A well-known art gallery is just around the corner, and we felt the area was safe even at night. As we arrived early, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the reception, which was very helpful. There is also a small bar with a terrace in the lobby, where you can enjoy coffee, light snacks, and breakfast. Overall, the hostel was very clean. We especially appreciated the spacious room with plenty of storage space. Everything looked brand new, and we were very satisfied with our stay.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work in our room (“Mindelo” on the first floor), most likely due to a very weak signal.
