Very kind and helpful owner. Good and quiet location. Not so far from the beach.
Breakfast was included in the price, but in practice it looked like we were bought a few basic items at once on the first morning and made our own breakfast for the following days. This surprised us a bit.
It was very hot inside - however we asked the owner for fan and after that it was much better!

It was hot in the bedroom on the first night and we asked to if it’s possible to have ventilator and owner brought it on the next day, it’s help a lot.
You can close only the door to the bedroom and to the living room door is always open from the staircase and can come anybody. Sound isolation not the best as well you can hear neighbors very well, we needed to use earplugs to sleep better. But we came for the festival Baia Das Gatas, so was fine.

The owner of the apartment was very helpful by letting us leave our luggage before the check-in, finding us a cot & baby bath and being helpful when we felt sick one day.
The place is clean, quite spacious and well located, though some of the photos appear to be of areas of the property that we were not in & didn't have access to.
We feel that perhaps the owner is still putting the final touches on setting up the place, and that with a few extra touches it could be amazing. What made us suffer most was the heat, which really built up inside the room, and could have be alleviated a lot by a fan or even a net on the window (allowing you to open the window without the room filling up with flies). The WiFi (which was installed on the second day of our stay) didn't work, and the bathroom could do with some attention (poor quality shower and some rather interesting quality electrics that I was a bit afraid to touch).
