Die Lage war super zentral und ideal, um alles schnell zu erreichen. Der Host war jederzeit erreichbar und hat Fragen immer schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, und die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls in Ordnung – es gab ein Croissant und sehr leckeren Kaffee. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Leider gab es einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben. Die Dusche und das Bad haben immer wieder stark schimmelig und modrig gerochen, was sehr unangenehm war. Außerdem war die Dusche undicht, sodass nach jeder Dusche das gesamte Bad unter Wasser stand.
Zusätzlich ist die Klimaanlage ausgelaufen, wodurch die Wand nass wurde und uns bröckelnder Putz entgegenkam.
Wir waren drei Frauen und haben uns in der Umgebung nicht immer sicher gefühlt, wobei die Unterkunft selbst natürlich nichts für die Lage kann. Schade fanden wir außerdem, dass frische Handtücher nur alle drei Tage bereitgestellt wurden. Hier hätten wir uns einen häufigeren Wechsel gewünscht.

Nice modern room, very clean, air-condition
The room was directly next to the entrance door to the whole apartment unit and u can hear everything, also the room got very hot quickly when air-conditioning wasn't on.

O quarto é muito confortável e silencioso com boa cama e banheiro espaçoso. o café da manhã é servido na lanchonete ao lado e é simples, porém atendeu. localização muito boa, bem próximo à estação de trem e do metrô e também próximo ao centro histórico da cidade.
O quarto fica localizado no 5º andar de um prédio. apesar de o quarto ser limpo e confortável, o acesso ao prédio não segue o mesmo padrão. hall de acesso com bastante entulho e com cheiro não muito agradável. tem um pequeno elevador, que vai somente até o quarto andar, sendo necessário subir um andar com malas pelas escadas. esse acesso também com coisas velhas acumuladas. a iluminação do elevador não estava funcionando, ou seja, utilizamos o elevador no escuro.

La situación y el tamaño de la habitación, aunque no estaba bien distribuida.

El edificio es un desastre, sin quidar ,la puerta de acceso es difícil de abrir la primera vez y hace que la gente toque el timbre a cualquier hora de llegada.La ducha o te abrasas o sale fria .Es demasiado estricto en sus normas y no en servicios que ofrece.
