The property is located very close to the train station however the neighborhood looks very shady, me and my son stepped out for some food around 8 in the night and we had people following us, he got really scared...when we reached there was no one and we had to reach out someone over the phone, they wanted us to fill some form which was not even working...had to stand on the road for 15-20 mins with our luggage as they would not open the door...not the best of experience

The hotel was great, staff was friendly, food was good. The location was centric but as unsafe as you'd expect so be careful at night!

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel ★☆☆☆☆ Our stay at this hotel was absolutely horrendous. The hot water was not working during our entire two-day stay, despite repeatedly complaining to the staff. We had no choice but to endure ice-cold showers, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable for the price we paid. The area around the hotel felt unsafe, adding to our unease. On top of that, the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, showing no empathy or urgency to address our concerns. This experience completely ruined our trip, and I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere.
