everything during the stay was exceptional. Owner was pretty easy to deal with. We had a birthday party and everything went really well :)
as a big group of 15 pax, we do try our best to keep our volume low but you really have to lower down your voices if not other neighbours can hear and complain. 🙂↕️

The space is very big & suitable for family gathering. Can cosider for early refund damage deposit. Thankyou ☺️
1. We checked in after the villa was cleaned, but the mop soap residue was still on the floor and it felt quite sticky.
2. The toilet tiles didn’t seem to be washed properly.
3. The air conditioner looks very old and worn out. It would be better to replace it, as we expected the villa to be set up in a much better condition.
4. The WiFi router is placed on the 3rd floor, so the connection on the ground floor is very slow.
5. The gaming setup was also not well arranged and could be improved.

I think the room cleanliness especially cobwebs, and water pressure in the master room.
