Fast response, i emergency booked the room at 5pm and can check in literally right after booking. Staff (Kak Windah) was friendly and helpful. Walking distance from the mall and other attractions in i-city
The building is quite huge, so it's a little bit confusing to find which one is the correct block. The water pressure could be better. The shower experience was quite un-enjoyable

Location near to the i-City Mall and city centre of Shah Alam. Easy access to get the key and find the designated parking via the video and image provided.
The room are not the same like in the booking thumbnail. I expected to get the same room like in the picture. Need more decorations for the room.

The house was clean and nearer to the mall.
The fan had a noise when it was on which disrupted our sleep.
