Any problem the owner will help. The stove couldn’t turned on at first then the maintenance team come in less than 5 minutes to help fix that after i tell the owner. The place is clean, a lot of amenities prepared. Superb job done by owner. Plus its affordable

Had a pleasant stay at this homestay in I-City. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was responsive and quick to assist whenever needed. Great location and good value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is very strategic, with plenty of food options and entertainment venues within walking distance. The facilities are also great, especially the large swimming pool. Even when many people are using it, it still feels spacious and comfortable. Plus, the person who managed the property is helpful.
The parking for Block E was difficult to find as there were no clear signboards, except for some indicators near the lift area.Also found a wet towel inside the cabinet, which may have been left behind by the cleaner. The air conditioner in the second room was not cold enough, and we had to turn on the ceiling fan to feel comfortable. Plus, need to repair for the toilet doorknob and tv remote.
