The studio was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. All the facilities were excellent and made my stay enjoyable. I had a great experience and would happily stay here again

The only issue was that the ceiling fan wasn’t working. Other than that, everything else was great. The studio was comfortable, clean, and all the other facilities were excellent.

Clean and enough facilities

I found charlie ants. I found 2 in total. So annoying even though the management took action to settle the issue…I guess I wont repeat next time. The room was at 22th floor btw. How come the charlie can reach there? Thanks God, He saves us from any unwanted incident/scent. Plus, the management did not highlighted that, to use swimming pool guest need to prepare his own swimming suit. I need to convince the security guard to let me use the swimming pool. Next time, let the guest know ya. Plus minus the management failed to prepare the Official Invoice once requested. They kept claiming that they never prepared the invoice. Please make your guests feel comfortable. Once we asked for it, just prepared it for us. I give 5/10. The foundation at the towels can be clean by using the soap. Penalty shouldn’t be imposed I guess. Plus the towel itself, is “good and new” hahaha. Take this comment for improvise ya.
