    1- Fasiliti patut buang - meja2 tiada function tepi tv. Buai rosak. 2- Tv cannot open. No respond by owner. 3- Have USED CONDOM beside bed! 4- Kekotoran jelas pada cadar/selimut. 5- Notice check in at 3:38pm. Should be 2:30pm 30mins before customer check in. Pukul berapa customer arrive, not ur business. 6- Deposit need to remind after 2days. Overall just nice to stay 1 night. Interior design perlu dipuji. Lain daripada yang lain nk dibandingkan dengan unit lain atau condo berdekatan, Sunsuria. Good work.

    1) The check-in method is a bit complicated if you arrive at the location after evening. 2) There is no staff to guide you if you arrive after the evening. 3) The level of cleanliness in the room is quite unsatisfactory, especially in the bed and bathroom. 4) There is no extra lock on the main door. 5) The staff did not respond to phone calls and messages appropriately. 6) The deposit return period takes up to 2 days after check-out from the accommodation.
