Die Möglichkeit einer wirklich kurzfristigen Buchung und das die Küche der Familie in der Regel mitbenutzt werden darf. Es ist eine Gemeinschaftsküche, wirkt in der Anzeige irritierend.
Die Lautstärke. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Die eigenen Richtlinien besagen eine Ruhezeit von 22 bis 8 Uhr, daran wird sich aber nicht gehalten. Ich kann jetzt nicht sagen, ob es die Familie selbst war oder andere Gäste. Jedenfalls Geklapper zwischen 22 und 23 Uhr in der Küche, ein kleines Mädchen lief herum, die Klingel kurz vor 0 Uhr und sich danach klopfen, klingen, Türen. Ich bin nicht empfindlich, es war wirklich laut. Auf meine Nachricht, dass ich nicht gedacht hätte, dass es so „Noisy“ ist, erhielt ich keine Antwort - also auch am Folgetag nicht, allerdings blieb ich auch nur die eine Nacht. Ansonsten war die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
