Cleanliness, owner always answers quickly and has good suggestions on where to eat + other activities. Safe neighborhood even at night. Near public transport and museums + pasteis de belem. My room is ok for a solo traveller & just a quick stay.
A bit hard to find the key as there were 4 different lock boxes in the area. But the owner was quick to respond and assisted me even if it was late in the night.

Gute Lage im beliebten Belem nicht weit von Bahnhof, Cafés und Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Bei voller Belegung kann es zu Wartezeiten vor dem Badezimmer geben. Keine separate Toilette. Küche nicht ganz sauber.

Propre et bien placé. Accueil souriant. Plaqués de cuisson et réfrigérateur.
Mais, très forte odeur d’humidité, toilettes unique dans la salle de bain commune (donc pas moyen d’assouvir une envie pressante..). Éviers, douche, lavabos presque bouchés avec une évacuation très lente.
