Central Perth Apartment with Pool

Super responsive host. Great location, many amenities in apartment including fully equipped kitchen, coffee-machine, washer/dryer, ironing, baby high-chair. I think this property is best suited for a family with young children.

Biggest issue was the bathroom. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 teens, and really needed 2 bathrooms. As other reviewers have noted, 1 of the bathrooms only has a bathtub and no shower (over the tub). So all 6 of us had to take turns with the 1 shower in the other bathroom, that was located within the twin bedroom. There was also only 1 key+fob provided, so when the group split up for the day, it was not convenient. Also, at check-in and check-out, had to collect/return key into lockbox located at next street, so need to factor in extra time to do so. Stayed in early winter, only used the fans with windows slightly open. Didn’t need the AC/heater but if you needed it, take note that there is only 1 AC/heater in living room. Each bedroom only has 1 fan (no AC/heater).

Both bathrooms are ensuites and one was a bath only (no shower). Awkward for guests in bedroom with no ensuite to access bathroom through another bedroom

Smaller than it looks in the photos, no shower in ensuite (one in main bathroom) and plug didn’t fit the bath. Only one fob key which made it difficult for a bigger family to coordinate activities
