Top floor, with a view (before the block across the road is developed). Large apartment, big outdoor area, it was very hot when we stayed and the aircons kept us cool. Close to the WACA and red CAT bus. Very clean.
Keybox out front is broken and then internal keybox is right up the back of the box and is hard to access if it is dark. You need the torch on your phone and reasonable eyesight. The back lane to access the garage was strewn in rubbish giving it a 'seedy' feeling and there were a few dishevelled people hanging about at 8pm at night.

The location is convenient to get to most places but we cannot sleep at all in the master bedroom. Even with all the windows closed, we can hear something similar to owls hooting (though we are not sure if it’s really an owl) throughout the whole night.
The lights are too dim in the entire house so it’s very strenuous for the eyes once the sun sets. Both the bread toaster and kettle are not usable - extremely rusty and dirty. It is passable as a regular AirBnB but definitely not a luxury apartment.
