Neue, moderne, geschmackvolle Ausstattung in allen Räumen von innenarchitektonrscher Qualität mit vorbildlichem Lichtkonzept, digitalem TV-Gerät, Vollständiger Ausstattung mit Elektrogeräten. Spitze ist die de Longhi Kaffeemaschine mit gefülltem Kaffeebohnen-Speicher. Große Fenster des Dachausbaus. Außerdem Klimagerät, Badewanne mit Duscheinrichtung in unserem Ap.01. Vollkomene Ruhe im Stdtzentrum.
Der Zugang geht im Lift über 2 Stockwerke und dann über eine 18 stufige Treppe.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet. Man konnte auch viele verschiedene Beleuchtungsmethoden wählen und es gab einen Fernseher. Die Wohnung war sehr modern.
Leider gab es keinen Wasserkocher, keine Esslöffel und das Badezimmer ist teilweise etwas ungünstig geschnitten.
