Rustige straat. Ruim appartement.Fijne aanbieding.Ramen kunnen open. Verduistering ok.Zelfs een ventilator.
Hygiëne. De oven was ronduit vies en ingebrand. Donkere haren op de grond. Wel een koffiezetapparaat, maar geen enkel cupje. Nee-spresso dus. Gebruiksaanwijzingen van apparaten ontbreken.

La ubicación es excepcional. El lugar limpio.
No hay internet. Ni tampoco cafetera de cápsulas. Solo estaban unas cuantas capsulas pero no había manera de usarlas. Las escaleras hasta el tercer nivel donde se ubica el departamento están algo pesadas para personas mayores o con problemas o dificultades para subir muchos escalones. También hace falta comentar que la segunda habitación está ubicada en un ático y el acceso es un poco pequeño para personas delgadas y sin problemas para subir por escaleras y lugares pequeños.

Top Lage, man ist gleich in der Altstadt. Bäcker und Norma direkt vor der Haustür. Dauerparken vor der Wohnung nicht möglich, aber das macht die Lage eben aus. Wir haben kurz an der Straße geparkt, um auszuladen, dann haben wir das Auto ins Parkhaus am Bahnhof (18 € pro Tag). Ansonsten bietet die Wohnung alles, was man braucht, inkl. Spülmaschine und Nespresso DeLonghi Maschine.
Größter Minuspunkt für uns: kein Abdunkeln möglich beim kleinen Fenster an der Waschmaschine. Wir waren ab halb 5 Uhr wach, weil es taghell war im Zimmer. Da sollte dringend ein Vorhang oder so hin. Im Hochsommer könnte es stickig werden, Klima wäre da toll, aber ist eben in Deutschland kein Standard. Bett ist nur 140 cm breit.

Die Lage
Ein absolut überteuerter preis. Um zum Apartment zu gelangen muss man durch einen dreckigen Durchgang und einen hässlichen hinterhof. Zudem fingen frühmorgens die Bauarbeiter mit der Kreissäge an und stiefelten am Badezimmerfenster vorbei
