Sehr schöne, moderne Unterkunft mit bequemen Betten, zentral und ruhig gelegen. Wir konnten nach Rücksprache sogar 1,5 Stunden früher in das Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unkomplizierter Check in - mit Online Code. Handy ist unverzichtbar!! Praktische Ausstattung. Neuwertig - Eröffnung: September 2025 Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Genügend Ablage und Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Kleidung. Auch im Bad ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeit oder Platz für Handtücher (bei 2 Personen) Altbau - folglich hohe Räume Zentrale Lage Zum Ausladen kann man vor dem Gebäude kurz parken. Abstellmöglichkeiten für die Fahrräder im Innenhof (nicht überdacht /nicht abschließbar) Großzügigkeit des Appartements (wir hatten Nr. 14, 1. OG, Appartement mit separatem Schlafzimmer) Balkon (allerdings ohne Aufenthaltsqualität)
Man muss wissen, dass alle Fenster zum Innenhof sind mit Blick auf die Rückseite eines eher ungepflegten Gebäudekomplex. Durch das gegenüberliegende Gebäude reduzierter Tageslichteinfall. Sehr viele Tauben im Innenhof und gegenüber mit all den Randerscheinungen. Der Vermieter versucht mit verschiedenen Maßnahmen, die Tauben vom Gebäude fernzuhalten. Aufgrund der Lage ist längeres Parken direkt am Appartment nicht möglich. In der Nähe gibt es diverse Parkhäuser. Kein Aufzug im Gebäude - ist in der Beschreibung aber auch erwähnt.
