It's the second time I've booked them, they are now my go-to for Wuerzburg. Fairly priced, good location, 20 minutes walk from the train station, has a kitchen, and the noise from the bar below the host warns about is actually not even loud, didn't bother us at all, even with the party there at full swing.
Dishwash sponges were missing, only two washing machine tablets were left. This is a nitpick, though, really no big deal.

Central location. Good bathroom. Kitchen space was good and a dishwasher a nice addition
Quite a lot.
The bed was uncomfortable. Far too soft and with cheap bedding.
The kitchen was very poorly equipped. It had no kitchen knives - we didn't expect to cook a three couse meal, but something to slice bread, cut vegetables or cheese with would have been useful.
Cutlery was cheap, nasty and from a collection of random sets.
A frying pan would also have been appreciated (and is usually provided in aparthotels)
Some form of cooling device would have been good too. The Central location was noisy (fair enough) but if we'd have had a fan, we could have closed the windows, blocking out the noise
