This apartment is on the third floor of a "classic" building, with one side overlooking the main roads (not noisy at all) and one side overlooking a calm, nice courtyard. We are a family of three; our teen stayed in one bedroom, and we stayed in the other. (There is also one more double bed in the wide section of the hallway.) The bathroom is quite luxurious and functional (hairdryer, toilet paper, soap is provided). There is a modern living room, with a very comfortable sofa and adjacent dining room (which can be separated by sliding doors) with a large, nice dining/working table. So, the living area is spacious, full of light and beautiful (as seen in the photos). The wooden floors and modern rugs added to the homely feel. The kitchen is also functional, complete with tableware, stove-top, dishwasher, filter-coffee machine, French-press and kettle. It is possible to do light cooking (we made some pasta). (We did not use the oven.)
The heating was already on when we arrived (on a cold day), so it was comfortably warm with the possibility to adjust heating according to preference. The apartment is in a safe area that is very close to Nuks Plads metro station, which is on the main metro ring. There is a big supermarket within easy walking distance as well as cafes nearby. Our hosts provided all the information we needed prior to our arrival and promptly responded to all of our additional questions. So, everything was easy and smooth. Their kind hospitality added to the feeling of "home".
