Our week in May 2026 in this central family-run 2-bedroom apartment was just what we hoped for in Seoul and was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed anywhere! It was well-presented and very clean, secure, well heated/cooled and with a handy bi-lingual pictorial instruction manual that was very easy to follow. We loved being able to wash and dry clothes during our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, our lovely hostess ensuring everything we needed was available, even including nice surprise touches of snacks, water, coffee and even more. She was very responsive and helped us out on our first night in person, and a couple of times checked everything was going well during our stay. The apartment was very quiet and despite being in the city we could not hear any traffic. It had a nice bathroom with a shower that had good flow and consistent water temperature. The authentic Korean firmer mattresses on the beds may be harder than some westerners are used to, but we still slept well so it was no issue for us. The apartment is in a superb location, within walking distance of the Coex Convention Centre, an amazing bakery downstairs (we went 5-6 times!), many eateries very near, and well connected with Seolleung metro station just 5 min walk away, a 7-Eleven, Olive Young and convenience shops, plus the Royal Tombs very close by.
