Spacieux, propre, bien situé

I had a comfortable stay with my family. The property was clean, spacious enough for a family or group of 4–5 people, and conveniently located near many stores and restaurants within walking distance.

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

It is near to convenience stores, coffee shops, restaurants, cafes and shopping streets/centre! 7mins walking to Subway station (Hanti Station -Suin Bundang Line). Can see Lotte Tower Building just in front of the unit!

- Location was easy to find. Subway was very close. - There are plenty options for dining and shopping. - If you like walking it’s nice and safe to walk around neighborhood. - Air-conditioned well. - Beds were comfortable. - Kitchen facility was enough for a holiday stay and clean.

- The flat was dark, there wasn’t any sunlight during the day. - The place was airless even there are windows - The flat is a basement flat. - Bathroom was not so clean and well organized. The bathroom sink is not connected to sewage system so that the bathroom basement is filled with waste water from the sink and that’s a hygiene problem. - The recycle bins was not labeled well. Instructions and bins are not sufficient for any one who is unfamiliar for separating garbage. - There were no iron if you plan to iron your clothes after a long travel.
