รอบนี้แพลนว่าจะเที่ยวฝั่งคังนัมก็เลยหาที่พักย่านนี้ดู ที่พักตรงปกเหมือนในรูปเป๊ะ สะอาดและดูใหม่ มี 2 ห้องนอน แต่เราพักแค่คนเดียว ตกแต่งที่พักได้อบอุ่นมาก ประทับใจสุดๆ ตำแหน่งอยู่ย่านที่พักอาศัยเลยเงียบสงบและดูไม่อันตราย เดินจากสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินไม่ไกลมากนัก ใกล้ๆที่พักมี olive young ร้านสะดวกซื้อและร้านอาหาร โฮสต์ก็เอาใจใส่เป็นอย่างดี อยากเช็กอินเร็วขึ้นนิดหน่อยเพราะบินมาไฟลท์เช้า โฮสต์ก็ให้การช่วยเหลือและตอบกลับอย่างรวดเร็ว แถมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบมาก ไม่ต้องพกหรือหาซื้ออะไรเพิ่มเลย แนะนำสุดๆค่า

何よりオーナーが親切。おもてなしの心と親身になってくれる優しさをもってます。宿は清潔で快適。駅も近いです。

暖房設備の調節が難しかった。

Fantastic host that goes the extra mile. Big apartment with everything you need from disposable razors to plasters and cosmetics. The location is quite in a residential area although in Gangnam. Thank you Soy for making our first trip to Seoul memorable. We will definitely stay again should the opportunity arise.

Besides that, the semi-basement unit is equipped with all the amenities that were mentioned and then some. The guide of all the components is explained and it is very organized and neat. The restroom is shower and a restroom combo. You also have access to coffee and snacks.

The first thing they do not tell you until you get here is that this room is in the semi-basement. To access this unit, you have to walk down narrow stairs, and it is not recommended for the elderly or people with disability. (Picture attached). In addition, to access the restroom in the house, you have to use the stairs inside the house. (Picture attached). Second, what got me the most is the quiet time. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The elderly and children live next door to our accommodation. Please turn down the conversation and TV volume after 10 p.m. Basically, if you are a night person or traveling from overseas, and are active in the hours mentioned. Please reconsider. You cannot even speak normally at these hours. Last is the parking. The description mentions that there is no parking. If you are traveling with a car, do not book this house. Public Parking nearby will charge 150,000 won per day.
