1. 地點良好，距離超市，便利店，地鐵站都很方便。
2. 房東回覆速度快，人也很親切友善，有求必應。
1. 整體乾淨度不佳，地板上很多頭髮，床頭櫃充滿灰塵，廁所的百葉窗也卡著頭髮以及發霉，提供的杯子甚至沒洗乾淨，可以看到有使用痕跡（上一個住客的唇印）。
2. 民宿入口偏窄，又是停車格且也是垃圾集中區。因此我連住五天四夜，後期基本上要跨過垃圾推才能進入到民宿，體感不算太好。

Very clean apartment in a great location. Fully equipped, close to transportation, attractions in Gangnam, and several restaurants and coffee shops around. Very safe and clean area.We fit well as a family of five (it has four queen beds). Instructions and responsiveness from the host were perfect.
The bathroom is not the most comfortable, as it has an open shower, it gets a bit complicated to use with a larger group, but it was not a big deal for us.
