オーナーとは、何度もメールでやり取りしました。親切に返事をもらい安心出来ました。
部屋が清潔なのと、部屋が明るい事、洗濯機も有り大変便利です。ここは、2部屋あるので、子供は部屋で静かに勉強が出来ました。トイレットペーパーが流せる事が清潔で良かったです。日本トイレと違いトイレの水圧は、弱いです。一度に大量なトイレットペーパーを流さない方が良いです。ただエレベータは無いです。3階と有りましたが、半分階段を上って、さらに1階分上がれば良かったので、20Kgのスーツケースでしたが、息子が頑張ってくれましたので問題は無かったです。住宅街ですが、とても静かです。とても良かったので、又宿泊したいです。
特に無いですが、部屋にドアにGrace Haven と表札が有ったら、迷わないので表札が有った方が良いです。

Location was also very strategic. Easy access to the metro, closer to COEX, and surrounded by plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a place I’d stay at again on my next Seoul trip 🇰🇷☺️

The apartment matched the photos perfectly. There are two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds, a functional kitchen-living area, and a small balcony that was convenient for drying clothes after washing. The location is very convenient — close to метро stations, bus stops, restaurants, and COEX Mall.
Communication with the host was pleasant throughout the stay, and all questions were resolved quickly and efficiently. It was also incredibly nice to receive a thoughtful gift from the host at check-out.
As for the downsides, it felt a little cramped for a family with two children. There was limited space for suitcases and no proper storage areas for clothes or personal items. The bathroom setup was also unusual for us, with the shower not separated from the sink and toilet area.

Very nice location, in the heart of Gangnam. The host is super helpful and kind. I rally recommend it!
