Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Londres : métro (Victoria Lane) à 5 minutes et nombreuses lignes de bus au pied de l'immeuble. Les supermarchés sont facilement accessibles à pied. Brixton est très animée. C'est un quartier populaire mais nous nous sommes jamais senti en insécurité. Les rue adjacentes sont plus calmes. C'est un appartement très pratique pour une famille (nous étions à 5) avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Notre hôte était facilement joignable et a fait le maximum pour améliorer notre séjour.
Le quartier est bruyant la nuit, notamment à cause des sirène de voiture de police très fréquentes. Une meilleure isolation phonique (fenêtre à double vitrage) permettrait de réduire le bruit. Des stores plus occultant seraient aussi appréciables.
