Brixton Loft's - Your Apartment

We had alot of luggage to take up alot of stairs, I could have done with the bottom floor or first floor as I do experience some discomfort in my body and legs. Otherwise it was a lovely room/ stay. We're looking forward staying next week 🙌

De locatie was erg centraal en zeer levendig met veel diverse mensen, maar daar hou ik van! De kamer was heerlijk en mooi ingericht.

In de nacht hoorde je veel lawaai van buiten. Het bed was echt te zacht, dat kan beter.

It was OK

Nowhere to eat. And apartment was smaller than I thought. I was concerned about fire escapes and being alone ie security but it was OK

The location was great and the studio was very clean.

The studio we had did not reflect the photographs on booking.com. The first photograph on the site shows a sofa which we did not have. Our studio was very small and dark and extremely hot and stuffy due to the fact that there was no window at all (except for a non-opening sky light). Photographs on the site clearly show opening windows and the rooms look much more light and airy than ours was. The toilet would not flush - the handle just went round and round. We contacted Your Apartment on arrival - we could not get to speak to anyone. Eventually we got an email asking us to send a video of the toilet which we did - they said they would pass this to their maintenance man but we never heard anymore even though we messaged again. We spent 6 days in the studio and I would have expected someone to at least sort the toilet - my husband had to remove the cistern lid and we had to manually flush it which we shouldn't have had to do. These problems could have been resolved if someone had just been prepared to speak to us and would have resulted in a better review. Instead, despite the perfect location for us, we won't be staying with here again.
