Le chauffage n’était pas coupé il a fait très chaud dans le logement

Abdul was a very helpful, friendly, and accommodating host who responded promptly whenever needed. The apartment is on the 13th floor and has a peaceful atmosphere with a lovely view of the London skyline, including The Shard in the distance. It is well-equipped with essential appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, ironing board, and a TV with a great sound system. It was also convenient that there were basic food items available on arrival, so there was no need to buy groceries immediately. Deliveroo had no trouble finding the location, and public transport was easily accessible by crossing the park to the nearby bus stop. The bathroom also included a bidet, which was a nice addition. Overall, the apartment is well located, well equipped, and hosted by someone who genuinely wants guests to have a comfortable stay.

During my stay, London was quite hot, and there were no fans in the rooms, which made it uncomfortable at times. The bathroom and toilet exhaust fans were not working. The shower had mould and shower head is oddly placed that make it difficult to use. The towels were quite worn and could be replaced with newer ones. The toilet area also felt cramped because it was crowded with stored items. Cleanliness could be improved, as the floors did not appear to have been mopped for several days. The extra blankets and pillows were provided without covers, so they had to be used as they were, which did not feel particularly hygienic.
