Cinema Loft Apartment - new exclusive home

Great experience! The location was perfect — a quiet neighborhood away from the tourist crowds, yet very well connected by tram to the Duomo and within walking distance to Navigli. The building is beautiful, overlooking a peaceful inner courtyard with no street noise, giving you the authentic feeling of living like a real Milanese. The apartment is nicely renovated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was also very responsive and helpful whenever we needed to contact him. We’ll definitely be back!

Our flight arrived very early in the morning, and we couldn’t drop off our luggage at the apartment or do an early check-in due to the cleaning schedule. However, the owner was very helpful and recommended a safe place nearby where we could leave our bags until check-in time.

Размещен в местном квартале не далеко от центра города. Мы так и искали. Вокруг полно ресторанчиков и кафе. Атмосфера приятная и уютная. Если только вы не ищите комфорт от отеля 5 звезд. Люди везде были очень удивлены что мы как туристы ходим по рестораном где отдыхают только местные. Но там самая вкусная еда. Советую. При возможности приеду именно в эти апартаменты еще раз. Владелец отзывчив и постоянно на связи. Ему огромный респект. Нам все понравилось.

La situation dans un quartier agréable, avec plein de bars et restaurants sympa la décoration et la taille de l'appartement, la literie très correcte. L'appartement de type loft se compose en rdc d'un salon avec canapé lit, d'une cuisine équipée, d'une douche WC bidet. En mezzanine d'une chambre avec un grand lit. Il y a une cave voûtée non aménagée esthétiquement très jolie. Nous avons pu mettre nos vélos dans le salon.

Enregistrement en ligne avec le lien fourni par notre correspondant impossible. Après l'avoir contacté via WhatsApp et lui avoir envoyé nos CNI et payé la taxe 9,50€ par personne et par nuit, il nous a envoyé les modalités d'accès à l'appartement, un vrai escape game !!! Nous avons finalement réussi à rentrer dans l'appartement. Celui-ci n'est pas très propre, le ménage n'est pas fait souvent, poussières sur le sol, cheveux et poids dans la sdb, moisissures dans la douche.. et le distributeur de gel douche était vide. Dans la cuisine , aucune capsule de café, ni sachet de thé . On sent que c'est en déshérence. Dommage car ce pourrait être très bien.
