Апартаментът е голям и много чист. Има хубава тераса с масичка и столчета., също и отделна кухня с всичко необходимо за приятен престой.Разположен до спирка на трамвая. Наоколо имаше супермаркет и няколко заведения за хранене. Двора е доста озеленен и подържан.
В едната спалня нямаше пердета. Също липсата на щори в целия апартамент. В банята смесителят на душа се нуждае от ремонт.
