L'appartamento è tenuto con molta cura. è ristrutturato, molto pulito e ben riscaldato per noi che ci siamo stati i primi di febbraio 2026. Carini gli arredi che sono ben tenuti. Anche la cucina è ben attrezzata seppure non l'abbiamo usata. Acqua calda e bagno accogliente con finestra. L' appartamento è comodo anche per la sua ubicazione a piano strada, servito da bus, metro nelle vicinanze, da bar caffetterie e da un supermercato. Le finestre si affacciano sul giardino e il quartiere è molto silenzioso. Le foto sull'app sono fedelissime.

Il divano letto resta il nostro problema. Quando scegliamo una stanza o un appartamento per tre persone e paghiamo per tre ci aspettiamo che tutti tre abbiano un letto comodo ed invece, anche questa volta, il divano letto trovato è uno di quelli con il materasso sottile che fa risentire le schiene anche delle persone di 50 kg. E poi ci avrebbe fatto piacere trovare una bottiglietta d'acqua. L'appartamento è in periferia e il giardino del complesso dei palazzi non è ben illuminato. Si trova a pochi passi dal bus, ma più distante dalla metro.

The location was convenient. The rooms were quite spacious and clean.

Overall, the apartment was good and the experience was generally positive.

First, communication was not satisfactory. We sent messages before our stay but did not receive responses, which made coordination more difficult. Second, and more concerning, was an incident on the morning of departure. Around 8:00 AM, someone attempted to enter the apartment while we were still inside. Fortunately, we had left the key in the door, which prevented access. When I opened the door, the person was the cleaning staff, who seemed unable to communicate with us. It appeared that she also had access through the code system, which means the entry was authorized on their side. This situation was not comfortable at all, especially as it felt like we were being pushed to leave early. It would have been more appropriate to respect the check-out time and ensure proper coordination before attempting entry. Additionally, no follow-up or apology was received from the property management after this incident, which is disappointing. In summary, while the stay was overall good, improvements in communication and respect of guest privacy are necessary to ensure a more professional experience.
