Недалеко від центру (на одному трамваї, без пересадки можна доїхати до самого центру). У номері є все необхідне. Затишно, чиисто. Внутрішній двір дуже затишний, спокійний. Зручний вхід в квартиру. Двір зачиняється, немає стронніх. Поряд продуктові магазини.
Господарі іноді довго відповідають на повідомлення. Іноді чутно трамвай, але наи це не заважало.

Très joli et fonctionnel surtout la terrasse sur la cours intérieur est un plus. Nous avons adoré le petit café du bas qui donnait juste le t sur la cours commune c etait plein de charme

La camera era comoda. A 10 minuti ci sono tram e metro. Top per 2 persone
Rumore del tram che si sente molto dalla camera. Al divano letto è stato messo un sottile top che ha migliorato la situazione descritta dalle recensioni precedenti, ma se siete in 3 o 4 consiglierei questo posto giusto per un soggiorno breve di 1/2 notti
