Struttura accogliente, buona posizione con trasporti pubblici vicino all’abitazione
Lo staff è stato lento nel rispondere, mediamente 6 ore per ricevere una risposta. Il bollitore del tè non era presente nella cucina seppure descritto tra le forniture , mi hanno detto che lo avrebbero portato e che avrei potuto usare il microonde nel frattempo ma non l’ho mai ricevuto. Diverse posate e piatti presentavano delle macchie. Ho dovuto sciacquarle da me. Il forno era sporco. Asciugamani per il bagno visibilmente usurati, di cui uno tutto sfilacciato. Il braccio che sostiene il diffusore della doccia era rotto. L’ho segnalato e hanno detto che provvederanno a sostituirlo ma io ho dovuto reggere in mano il diffusore durante il mio soggiorno. Le lenzuola erano pulite ma rotte negli angoli.
