This is not my first time booking at Sea Residences, as we usually stay here for vacation once a year and have been doing so for the past 3–4 years with different room owners or agents. However, this was the first time we were asked to pay an additional non-refundable ₱800 “management payment” that was not included in the initial booking cost. Normally, Agoda clearly indicates in advance whether there are any extra charges to be paid on-site or if no additional payment is required, but this time there was no notice regarding this fee.
Overall, I would still rate the stay 4/5. The location is excellent, the room and toilet were clean and well-maintained, and the owner/staff responded promptly whenever I sent messages. We were also able to check in immediately upon arrival.

near in MOA don't know why the staff asks additional 800 pesos for the room charge. Parking fee is 500 per day.

Tried to ask them to repair the shower multiples times but it wasn’t fix. Unit is old and everything in it.
