Would only recommend for the close proximity to the slopes.
When I first arrived at midday, there was no one in the reception counter while the hall itself was quite crowded . As it turns out, 90% of the folks sitting in the hall are staff but just ignoring us at the counter. After waiting for at least 15min then one of the staff got up and asked about us. Super disappointed because I’m literally next to you. Even more disappointed in this as I had engaged their transport service from Yamagata station to the accom so someone would have been aware that we are due to arrive.
But I do need to commend and thank the staff who checked us in in the late afternoon and had very kindly helped up moved the luggage’s up to our room.
Thankful that breakfast is provided but please do keep your expectations low.
Probably would not return to this accom at particular location again
