I stayed for 2 nights and loved the view of the river from my room as well as the space and decorations in the room. I got a non smoking room and the smell of new tatami mats greeted me. My first impressions was immediately of being in the beautiful mountainside of Aizu. I didn’t get the dinner included but it looked so good so I went and asked the front desk if I could pay for it. The food was amazing and I ended up getting a drink as well, all was delicious. My favorite part was the 2 public onsens. They were so nice that I ended up using them in the morning and at night to relax my muscles and get ready for the day and to sleep. The souvenir shop has many cool things you can find all around different tourist spots in Aizuwakamatsu right there in the hotel. Parking is a bit tight but there’s a second parking lot a little bit down the hill from the main parking lot about a 3 minute walk. I wish I could’ve stayed longer I enjoyed my stay quite a bit

This is my second time coming to this hotel, the first was in winter, this time in summer. And it did not disappoint. The room was great, futon were comfortable. Onsens were amazing and the choice of food at the dinner and breakfast buffet left us amazed. Of course the kaiseki course is also delicious but the buffet was also great. I do recommend getting a room with the view of the mountain if possible but our view was not bad either

No food anywhere, the restaurants opens at 7pm. if you get hungry in between, there is a 711 but it's abit far and its along the highway, beware of bears.
