Important Information:
1. The Lead guest must complete identity checks by submitting a valid photo ID (passport or driver’s license) and a selfie via our secure online check-in system at least 24 hours before arrival. The payment card holder must be the same person as the lead guest. If the card holder is different, the card holder will also be required to complete an identity check. Non-compliance may result in booking cancellation without a refund and failure to adhere to house rules may lead to forfeiture of security deposit.
2. The capacity of the penthouse is limited to 5 people, with a maximum of 2 children.
3. This apartment only allows a maximum of two visitors at a time. Visitor times between 12noon to 10pm. Failure to comply will result in eviction from the property.
4. If any house rules are found to have been broken, this may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
