Perfect Stay! Clean, Comfortable, and Cozy 🌟

We had a brilliant stay.The place was very clean and extremely comfortable. It was the first place where it was truly nice and warm, which made a big difference for us. Absolutely everything we needed was provided!We had it all. The facilities are very rich and well thought out.We would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it.

Clean, but not quite as advertised.

The apartment was clean and quite spacious. One of the bedrooms had a balcony, which would be nice when it's not raining.

The parking spot was not on the premises, but over and down the road. The listing had a sofa bed; however, after we paid we were informed that we needed to give at least 48 hours notice to use it, and that there would be a fee if we did so. Checkout time was stated as 10am, however were were informed once we were there that as were were checking out on a weekday, we would have to leave by 9am, or be charged a cleaning fee.

Trip to Woolstone Southampton.

It was a nice flat clean & tidy lovely bedding with dark green blankets on the end of the beds. Lovely view through from the Flat of the harbour although a Small view but amazing.The coffee in the flat was delicious & the reed diffuser in the hall smelt beautifull could you tell us where they were from.please.

Unfortunately we couldn,t get into the Bath for a Shower as it was quite high & we felt unsafe getting in & out of it, also the Shower was flat against the wall & was not what we were expecting it to be even when we turned it around to use it was rubbish to use, we had to hold it over the bath to use. Also I was looking all over the flat for a Hairdryer but couldn,t find one so we never had a shower while we were there, They would of been better putting in a shower cubicle especially if older people stay there, also none of the plug,s in the bathroom toilet or kitchen had any chain,s holding them to the sink,s or bath & no toilet roll holder in the bathroom either & a flimsy metal one in the toilet, it,s the minor thing,s that need to be put right, but are maybe the most necessary. We had trouble getting Into the flat too, didn,t know how too get the key for out of the box or how to use it, luckly a young lady came out * told us. what to do. I found the hot brush hairdryer eventually as we were packing up to leave.

Great for us

Light and spacious flat and added bonus of parking permit for nearby enclosed car park. Good entertainment package on TV. Nice pressure in shower and plentiful hot water. View of river is pretty good although is between buildings. We thought everything was good. It would have been great with a dishwasher and a chair on the balcony. The external door entry system is silent and you need to look for the green light.

There was nothing we didn’t like but the taps in the bathroom and WC seemed to turn the wrong way and we kept having to double check that we’d turned them off.

The place was beautiful well presented and comfortable and cosy had everything we needed

It did not have a lift so pulling 6 cases up so many flights of stairs was hard work 😫

Lovely host , unclean apartment

The host gave us the code and getting the keys easy enough . The host was very flexible and let us have an extra hour late to check out due to my wife's current medication making it difficult to wake up . They were easy to access and talk too. My baby loved the Peppa pig puzzle box they had and the playstation 3 (although heavily outdated games like FIFA 2016) was a very nice touch .

Unfortunately the floors were not clean at all and as our baby has started crawling , there were bits of food from I assume the previous tenants there, but my baby could have easily picked up and put in their mouth . The parking was a bit of a faff with unclear instructions, you go into a parking lot but then there's a separate part within it that you need to swab the key for , that's not explained in the manual and took us a good while to figure out . One of the beds were wet and the lightbulb wasn't working in the other bedroom. It's also a bit frustrating because there were parking spots just outside the building which would have been so convenient to use but the walk to the car park and going down the lifts that are extremely dodgy ( they went out of service after the first day ) means we had to walk up and down flights of stairs each time to get to apartment .

The instructions on how to enter the building were not clear. The Wi-Fi network code and password was incorrect. Hand marks on the windows. Fans in both bathrooms did not work. Location of the car park.
