Homely 2 bed duplex with a river view

It was very well decorated and the games for the kids was a lovely touch

It was unbearably hot and I feel fans should have been supplied. Had to have windows wide open and the noise speeding cars and people through the night made it hard to sleep

Spotlessly clean , well equipped and well placed

We had a brilliant stay.The place was very clean and extremely comfortable. It was the first place where it was truly nice and warm, which made a big difference for us. Absolutely everything we needed was provided!We had it all. The facilities are very rich and well thought out.We would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it.

The location was quiet, there are two cafes close by. There was a bus stop within a few minutes walk to take into the city centre.

When we arrived the door code that was given didn’t work. We didn’t know what lock box to use as it wasn’t stated the top lock box. We had to try all of them. When we tried to contact the owner we got no reponse. When we entered the building we didn’t know the apartment was on the 3 rd floor, there is a lot of stairs, no elevator. We had large cases and luckily there was 3 of us to help carry them. The apartment was very hot and there are no fans in the rooms. A fan in each room would have been nice, they are not expensive to purchase and would have been a nice touch. The deck has a small side view as the building in front is blocking most of the view. The deck had no chair to sit on. It’s pretty small, having 2 people sit on it would be a bit tight. The hairdryer is not acceptable, it’s the type with a brush on the end that god knows how many people have used, disgusting. The soap bottles in both bathrooms were either 1/2 empty or almost finished. Tiny details like that are important. Bring your own to use.
