Upon request, the home owner deliver freshly baked, fragrant bread rolls to your doorstep in the morning!

All amenities are just a few minutes' drive from the accommodation. Whether it's fresh bread rolls from the bakery, a grocery shop, numerous farm shops with local delicacies from their own production or traditional inns, you will be well catered for. This pretty accommodation offers enough space for 4 people. You have two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal, where you can refine your cooking skills with one or two "Tyrolean delicacies" for your family. The beautiful balcony invites you to relax and read.

For winter sports fans and especially for young families, the accommodation also has an excellent location. The ski bus stop for the free ski bus is directly in front of the house about 50 metres away and takes you comfortably to the gondola stations in Alpbach, where you will find ski hire and sports shops, ski depots and ski schools. You can therefore confidently do without your car and indulge in some après-ski fun.

The Alpbachtal region is also definitely worth a visit in summer. The numerous peaks of the Alpbachtal mountains offer exceptional panoramic views of the Zillertal Alps, the Inntal valley and the Kitzbühel Alps. The picturesque hiking trails and mountain bike routes lead you through the varied Tyrolean mountain landscape, accompanied by the gentle ringing of cowbells and the chirping of birds.
