Excellent hotel for a skiing holiday.

Maria was an excellent host for our short skiing trip. She gave great information about the village and the skiing options. Our apartment was ideal for us with a lovely view of the mountain. The shower rooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable. It was a lovely place to relax after a day on the slopes and only a short walk into the village centre.

Fabulous!!! I loved it!!!

The property is fabulous with an absolutely breathtaking, gorgeous view! The surrounding garden was very pretty, charming and delightful to sit outside to enjoy a lovely breakfast. The guest house was meticulously clean and lovely, every inch of it is beautifully decorated and absolutely perfect!!!!

Perfect in every way.

This is the best place I have stayed, truly excellent. The family were excellent hosts, friendly and everything you needed but not overbearing, like a top Michelin star restaurant. The breakfast was excellent too. The views unparalleled. The rooms clean and nice and big, with excellent bathrooms. The town is nice. Thank you so much to family Larch for the best stay in our trip. Stay here!

A great guest house, big and comfortable rooms that had a balcony with a beautiful view of the valley, centrally located to walk into Alpbach but away from any noisy bars. Good breakfasts and the staff was very kind and helpful

Nice and clean stay in Alpbach

Nice appartment, very clean. Beautiful view. Nice location, on walking distance of restaurants in Alpbach.

Breakfast was not included in the ferienwohnung. We had additional breakfast for €12 per person for 2 days. It felt like the hostess counted out everything at the buffet. One kaiserbrotchen per person, one glass of orange juice. A bit awkward to have to ask everything all the time, because there was no spontaneous filling the buffet. For us a reason to get our own bread at Spar in the centre of Alpbach. Wifi is very annoying, because you have to log in again everytime you are going to use it. So on a rainy day you keep having to connect to wifi and accept the conditions of use.

great host, Maria is always welcomes her guests in a beautiful manner, accommodation was excellent clean, spacious and well equipped.

just a note, there is no freezer, just a fridge, be careful when buying groceries don't buy frozen products. internet in upper floor is very intermittent and signals disappear.

I stayed there with Family for 2 days. Reception was nice and smooth although we booked really last min (the night before). The location is nice, near the center of the village and supermarket. View was excellent. The place was also very clean and comfortable. We really liked it and enjoyed our stay.

It is just like you see in the picture, very clean and comfortable. Balcony has nice Mountain View. Easy parking and a short walk to the main town. The owners are very very nice people. They did everything right from breakfast, room setup to helping you with your tour information. You will love it.

Het appartement was uitermate schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk balkon met prima stoelen. Beneden een aparte ruimte voor de ski's en zelfs skischoen verwarming!

De afstand naar de skilift/gondel vonden we te ver en je hoorde soms al vroeg in de ochtend verkeer langsrijden.

Perfekte Familienunterkunft nahe am Skilift

Das Haus ist wirklcih wunderschön. DIREKT an der Straße gelegen. Und selbst zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten zum Lift runter. Man kann natürlich auch mit dem Auto fahren und am Lift parken, wenn man möchte.

Der Preis ist gerade noch okeeee. Die Unterkunft ist nicht gerade groß. Es gibt - aufgrund der Dachschräge - keine Dusche.
