Perfect place to stay in Alpbach!

The most perfect location in Alpbach—beautiful, quiet, and clean, with kind hosts. Right beside the bus stop for the ski slopes. Margret and her family keep the property immaculate and are available for any need. She even ran out to the bus stop to give us our passes the first morning. Beautiful Mountain View’s from both sides—we could even see the ski show from the balcony!This was our second time to stay and we hope to return with our entire family. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful location, wonderful apartment, wonderful vacation week there.

Everything. It is modern apartment, fully furnished, free parking right there, with a wrap around private balcony and fantastic views of the Weidersberg mountain. Large kitchen table and comfy living room. Also, free mountain lift pass for everyone, including local buses.

Only lacked a broom and dustpan to keep the tile floors clean.

Lovely hosts, the location is superb and very close to the ski bus pick up, maybe 2 minute walk if that. The house is super clean and very spacious. Very accommodating with our request of a bath! Was no problem at all. It’s a very hilly village so be mindful if you have trouble with steep inclines! Had a fab stay.

Shame there wasn’t simple amenities for cooking like salt and pepper, tea and coffee. Be mindful you will pay tax and cleaning of apartment separately when you are there.

Cleanliness

We booked a two-bedroom apartment at least 6 months prior to our arrival date in July 2022. Upon arrival, we were told the apartment was unavailable (due to the fact the previous guests had not left the apartment due to COVID). We were given a unit (unit #3) on the ground floor near the parking lot where both bedrooms faced the parking cars outside. We asked for an available unit on the second floor but our request was turned down. Given the fact, that Margaret had 14 units under her management, we felt she could have accommodated our request easily. All and all we felt that we did not get the value we expected for our money. We discussed this with Margaret, but to no avail.

We'd live there if we could

Super spacious, clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. The host was very nice and accommodating and was very helpful on the phone when we had trouble finding the place. The view from the patio is beautiful and if we had more time we would extend our stay just to be a little while longer in this amazing apartment.

The location is on top of a hilly town, drive carefully at night.

Wonderful village great stay

We had lovely stay we booked haus Hubertus but we got another one and upgrade. It was Sonnenhof and we loved it nice kitchen beautiful balcony and great location. We had great stay and host is wonderful women

Unfortunately first night was cold and we couldn't put heating on. Other nights we didnt need heating anymore so.. we didnt ask about it anymore.

Great location, 1 min from ski bus stop and 5 mins from bars and restaurants. Spacious apartment, plenty of room for 4 or 5 adults and lovely outside terrace to catch late afternoon sun.

Super

Super appartement avec une très belle vue, très calme, très propre et confort. Il ne nous a manqué que le soleil lors de notre séjour !

S’il fallait vraiment mettre un point négatif, un four micro-ondes serait un plus et a noter que la machine à laver n’est pas dans l’appartement, c’est la propriétaire qui nous a gentiment fait une lessive (mais pas envie de trop la déranger par la suite donc lessive à la main)

Grand appartement avec deux chambres et possibilité de couchage complémentaire dans salon. Cuisine équipée. Terrasse de plein pieds ( A profiter lors de beau temps) Proximité du centre pour restauration et d’une supérette . Possibilité de donner son linge pour nettoyage

Renouveler ou compléter les équipements cuisine Mettre à disposition quelques produits (sucre sel poivre huile) c’est toujours plus sympathique quand on arrive 😌

El apartamento está en uno de los pueblos más bonitos de Austria. Nos alojamos en el apartamento de dos habitaciones con acceso directo al jardín y fue absolutamente excepcional. Destacaría la distribución, la amplitud, la decoración rústica propia de la zona, la gran bañera y la comodidad de las camas y el sofá . El jardín muy bonito y espacioso. Muy recomendable. La propietaria encantadora nos recibió con el traje regional.

Me gustó todo pero quizás no estaría mal contar con un microondas para mayor comodidad a la hora de cocinar.

Superbra läge precis mitt i byn. Jättemysig lägenhet med allt som behövs för en bra vistelse. Väldigt rymligt med två stora sovrum och ett härligt allrum. Gratis parkering precis intill huset. Laddplats finns ca 100 meter bort.

En stark doft av lack i trapphuset (kanske från nylackat trä). Skatt på boendet (ca 80 EUR) kom som en överraskning.

Sehr schön und entspannt wieder nach Hause

Die Lage war perfekt, direkt gegenüber des Kongress-Zentrums. Zentral im Ort. Man kann wunderbar vor der Unterkunft parken. In der Ferienwohnung war alles zu finden, was man braucht. Alles sehr schön sauber und die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und lädt zum entspannen ein. Vom Balkon hatte man eine wundervolle Aussicht.

Ruim appartement met alles op loopafstand, aanrader voor skivakantie.

Locatie heel centraal. Vijf minuten lopen naar gratis bus naar gondel (8 minuten). Ontvangst door verhuurder voor appartement bij aankomst. Ruim appartement. Alles was aanwezig. Je hoeft alleen kleding mee te nemen. Skischoenen kunnen op drywarmer en ski’s in garage. Alles is geregeld, je kunt overal zelf bij. Winkels en restaurants op korte afstand. Vragen kon je stellen aan de verhuurder. Super aardige dame! Skigebied had goed geprepareerde banen boven op de berg. Prachtige uitzichten en banen voor ieder niveau. Kleinschalig en niet te druk. Als kers op de taart voor kids (en volwassenen) een leuke rodelbaan boven op de berg.
