The host was exceptionally kind, helpful and welcoming! She has given very detailed information on the region and facilities around. Overall property was extremely clean and well equipped which felt like at home! I will definitely stay in the same place if I go to the region again!

GREAT! Best place to unwind and recharge

Amazing location, views and ample good places to hike, bike and eat. Free cable cars in Alpbachtal area was a plus.

Beautiful stay

We had the pleasure of staying in Eva’s apartment that exceeded all expectations. The breathtaking view from the room was simply splendid, making every moment a picture-perfect memory. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, ensuring we were well-rested to explore the beautiful village and the nature of Alpbach. What made this place truly exceptional was its perfect location within the village. We were able to easily access all the local attractions, shops, and restaurants, immersing ourselves in the authentic culture of the area. The easy access to various mountains provided endless opportunities for outdoor adventures and hiking experiences. The host was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The studio itself was lovely, with charming decor and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen a little bit small but we managed. For the little ones, the proximity to kid-friendly attractions was a huge plus. Whether it's amusement parks, swimming pools near by, or interactive museums, there were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained and engaged throughout the vacation. Overall, our experience in this apartment was nothing short of outstanding. It's a hidden gem that we'll cherish in our memories for years to come. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday retreat, with its splendid view, comfortable bed, helpful host, nice house, and perfect location to explore all the mountains and attractions, making it an ideal destination for families with kids.

Amazing experience in Alpbach

The host Mrs. Eva was very nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, the property is located walking distance from many restaurants and a Spar grocery store.

If you are looking for proper views and some ‘balcony time’, be sure to check with the property for apartment ‘Rubin’ or ‘Jade’. We chose the ‘Diamant’ apartment, although the apartment is massive (3 bed rooms), it does not have a balcony - and the windows are too small. We relied on the ceiling window and the small wall windows for ventilation. We stayed here for 3 nights.

Exceptional

We had an amazing time at Eva's. The apartment was beautiful, clean, at the exact size for us and with many small details that made our stay there an absolute joy. Eva was a great host, gave us great tips, helped us out with every issue we had, and was always available when we needed something. The apartment is located very close to the entrance and center of Alpbach, close to the Spar supermarket and to many of the restaurants, but in a very quiet area, which was exactly what we were looking for in an apartment.

Peaceful retreat, would highly recommend!

Eva communicated with me a few days before my arrival and when I arrived, she was there to pass me the keys and show me the place. It was a seamless check in experience to the apartment. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious, which is what I was looking for as I saw on Booking.com that other accommodation around Alpbach tend to look abit dated. This place has everything you need — a small kitchen, clean bathroom, comfortable big bed, sofa, a spacious balcony (my fav part of the day is making and having breakfast looking at the fabulous mountain views). I spent four nights here and wished I could stay longer. Was initially disappointed I came during off season and most attractions were closed but there are some nice hikes around Alpbach and it’s really peaceful without the crowd. I’d recommend staying here if you’re self sufficient and don’t need extra services! Eva also took me on a beautiful walk with her dog and showed me around which was a really nice way to end my trip.

Had trouble with the heater for the first two nights where they’d just stop working for a few hours and it was extremely cold and I got awoken because it got so cold! But it was fixed on subsequent nights and didn’t have the issue again.
