Felt at home 🏡

We felt like staying at a family's home, we had everything we needed, and more (Extra towels, games for the kids and more). It was hot and they went and bought 2 ventilators, everything was lovely and clean.

The stairs... we stayed at the top floor. Other than that, it was beyond our expectations!

Comfortable, relaxing, filled with opportunities.

The apartment was very clean, very well equipped big and spacious. The host was lovely, however they mostly speak German, very little English. There are numerous places around one can visit, especially with the summer Alpbach Card.

There is no such thing, lovely place, lovely people, highly recommended!

Fabulous stay in a lovely apartment

Excellent location in the heart of beautiful Alpbach village with great views. Apartment was spacious, comfortably furnished and very well equipped. Maria the hostess was very friendly and accommodating. Complementary Alpbachtal pass gave us free lift and bus travel which was a real bonus.

Excellent apartment for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The host, Maria is very friendly and helpful, she kept checking on making sure that we are comfortable and our needs are met. The apartment is spacious, with balconies on two sides and nice views, nicely furnished, the kitchen is very well equipped It is close to Alpbach high street , 2 min walk to bus stop which take us to ski lift, 3 min walk to supermarket Many bars and restaurants within a short walk.

We felt we had found a real gem of an apartment in Alpbach - amazing central location, very comfortable, and stunning vi

This beautifully renovated apartment is right in the centre of the village - 2 minutes walk to many of the local bars and restaurants, the ski bus stop, as well as the local Spar supermarket. It is spacious and comfortable with wooden floors throughout - perfect for us as our daughter has allergies - a big terrace, perfect for sitting in the sunshine and taking in the stunning scenery at the end of a day on the slopes. The host Maria is charming and was happy to help with any questions we had too.

The house is a traditional house, but the house is fully equipped with all facilities, making it the best place for a family to stay. The beautiful view of the Alps and the falling stars at night from the balcony brought the best Christmas present to my family.

The apartment exceeded our expectations!

Excellent location, right in the centre of the lovely town, a couple of minutes walk to restaurants, supermarket and free ski bus. Spotlessly clean apartment, beautifully decorated and furnished and with every facility you could possibly need including ski storage and heated boot rack. Wonderful mountain views and a huge terrace. Maria was very friendly and helpful and always on hand if we needed anything - which we didn't as it was so well appointed and organised. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and we will definitely be back!

What a fantastic Alpbach gem. We stayed in one of the lovely two bedroom apartments with our two small children. Can't recommend it enough not only for location but because it was so well equipped. Maria and Martin were lovely and showed us everything. We needed for nothing our whole stayed.

Bellissimo soggiorno in appartamento nuovo super confortevole, bello luminoso ampio e pulito, equipaggiato con tutto ciò che occorre in abbondanza per una vacanza in famiglia (es. stendibiancheria, sedie per il terrazzo, biancheria da letto, bagno e cucina, attrezzatura per la cucina di ogni genere, spezie, tisane, frutta, etc..). Het appartement was fantastisch. Heel ruim, proper en alles was aanwezig. Zelf meer dan we ooit hadden kunnen denken. De douche was geweldig en het terras gaan we zo hard missen. Zo groot en met een geweldig uitzicht. Dikke aanrader!

الشقة واسعه وجميله وكل شئ متوفر فيها بالاضافه إلى الاطلالة الجميله .. وقريبه للسوبر ماركت

الشقة بعيده جداً عن زلمسي وكابرون والفعاليات ولا يوجد فيها عرب بالاضافه الى عدم وجود سنتر في المدينه الشقة تحتاج لتنظيف . الحمامات .. واحد مخصص للمرحاض فقط والاخر مخصص للدش فقط ... تقضي حاجات بالحمام 1 ثم تذهب للاستحمام بالحمام 2 .

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Was sollen wir sagen, 3 Wochen vergingen wie im Flug und Maria war eine grandiose Gastgeberin. Wir waren zu viert, mit Kleinkind und Baby, vor Ort. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem tadellosen Zustand, die Betten sind bequem und generell wirkt alles sehr wertig. Die Küchenausstattung ist, im Vergleich zu anderen Ferienunterkünften, top ausgestattet. Zur Ausstattung gehören u.a. Müllbeutel, Geschirrspültabs, Spülmittel, Haushaltsschwamm, Kaffeefilter, Kaffee und Tee. Die große Terrasse wurde für Morgensport und das Frühstück genutzt - der Ausblick ist einfach großartig. Alpbach und Umgebung empfanden wir, gerade auch hinsichtlich Baby und entsprechendem Zubehör wie Kinderwagen, als perfektes Urlaubsziel. 1. Kurzer Weg zum Spar und angrenzenden Restaurants (Essen im "Hotel Zur Post" ist sehr gut) 2. Unmittelbare Nähe zum Alpbachtaler Lauserland und Juppis Zauberwald 3. Ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert ist der Schatzberg in Wildschönau, für einen Gleitschirm-Tandemflug bietet sich Markbachjoch perfekt an! Den besten Kaiserschmarrn haben wir im Almstüberl Gschwendt (in Verbindung mit einem Ausflug und Nutzung der Reitherkogelbahn) gegessen, absolute Empfehlung! An den heißen Tagen lässt es sich wunderbar im Freibad Brixxleg aushalten, wie auch viele andere eintrittspflichtige Besuche sind diese in der "Alpbachtal Card" kostenfrei, während des Aufenthaltes, enthalten. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder, vielen Dank nochmals Maria!

Eine tolle Woche in einem absolut empfehlenswerten Appartement

Wir hatten zu viert das Appartement mit Terrasse gebucht. Die vermutlich noch sehr neue Wohnung ist riesig, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sonnig und absolut sauber. Das Wohnzimmer mit zwei Fensterfronten ist lichtdurchflutet und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf die Berge bzw. das Skigebiet. Die tolle Terrasse ist mit schönem Mobiliar ausgestattet. In der Küche ist an alles gedacht, an Geschirr und Küchenutensilien ist wirklich alles reichlich vorhanden, Kaffee, Tees, Geschirrspültabs u.v.m. Es gibt ein großes Bad mit Regendusche, Radio! und einer großen Handtuchauswahl sowie eine separate Toilette. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind schön eingerichtet, das hintere hat Fenster über zwei Seiten mit ebenfalls tollem Ausblick und ist sehr hell. In der ganzen Wohnung viel Holz, liebevolle Deko und ein gutes Lichtkonzept. Wir waren erstaunt, wie zentral und dennoch absolut ruhig die Wohnung gelegen ist. Bäcker, Skibus, Spar, Restaurants sind absolut schnell zu erreichen. Skier lassen sich gut unterstellen, Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Sehr freundlich waren der Empfang und die Kontakte mit Maria, sie ist absolut unkompliziert und großzügig und hatte gute Tipps parat.
